Our Soul-Full Retreat Experience provides an opportunity for Black women who are saving the world to put down the cape and lean into soul restoring sisterhood.

Back in the 17th century, African slaves fought against their Spanish colonizers. Led by Benkos Bioho, the enslaved people of Palenque defended their homes and community and fought tooth and nail to become the first free Black colony…never to look back at the stronghold their captors thought they had over them.

Now I don’t know about you, but knowing that Black freedom was founded right there feels like a pretty great place to break from the constraints that have been holding us back.

In Cartagena, we will tap into that same resistance and reclaim our freedom in our own way.
